How to get to Shrewsbury

By Rail :

Several main lines converge on Shrewsbury with direct services from Birmingham – Manchester – Wolverhampton – Hereford & Aberystwyth.

Wrexham & Shropshire runs direct rail services from London Marylebone (or Wrexham, North Wales) to Shrewsbury.  Timetable and fares information is available on the website - www.wrexhamandshropshire.co.uk - or by calling the booking line on 0845 260 5900.  The website also includes further information on Shrewsbury as a destination, as well information on a special £99 mini-break (subject to availability).

Shrewsbury Station is a 2-minute walk from the town centre.

By Car:

The M54 connects Shrewsbury to the M6 and the national motorway
network. The A49, A5, A53 & A458 all lead to town
